Apartment Capri 1 can accommodate up to 4 people, has air conditioning/heating, and is fully soundproofed. It has large windows overlooking the garden and pool. It is divided into two rooms with large windows, where light plays an important role, making both spaces elegant and cozy. The first room consists of: - designer kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer and all the necessary utensils (does not include condiments: salt, oil, etc.) and - living-dining room with a table and four chairs, a sofa, a TV, and a table with two folding chairs for the outdoor terrace. The second area consists of: - a room with a double bed, two single beds (in a bunk bed format designed for use if necessary), closets for clothes/belongings, and a spacious designer bathroom. Sheets, hand towels and bath towels are included for short stays. For stays longer than 5 days, we recommend that you request more information. A travel crib (sheets included) can be requested for an additional fee. Free Internet connection is available. Smoking, pets, and exceeding the agreed guest limit are not allowed.
