The former wine press house is located in Alf and is only about 100 meters from the Moselle. The cozy, open living and dining area invites you to feel good. The loft has a living area of approx. 58 m 2. IT IS SUITABLE for up to 4 people. On the ground floor is the bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (1.8), 1 bunk bed 1.4 m wide (head height about 1.3 m)

The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monument ensemble with main house, the more recent vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in 8.5 years of construction and mainly in own work according to ecological and traditional criteria.  

A serene sleeping area is presented with a soft pink bedspread and two pillows adorned with subtle patterns. Behind the bed, a floral mural features two elegant birds amid lush greenery, complemented by decorative pendant lights on either side.

The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
