Hoeve Heem

Hoeve Heem, is located in quiet rural Terblijt. The former horse stable has been converted into a comfortable 6-person vacation home. With a private garden, heating, wood-burning stove and two bathrooms. The area around the house is very suitable for people who love hiking. For example, our farm is located on a stage of the Pieterpad. There is also plenty of challenge by bicycle, in addition to a lot of natural beauty, for example, the city center of Maastricht and Valkenburg are accessible by bicycle.

This unique accommodation is part of an old farmhouse, located on the outskirts of Maastricht. You will stay in the middle of nature just 15 minutes by bike from the center of Maastricht. Within walking distance are various venues with beautiful terraces, where you can literally taste and experience the Burgundian life. Maastricht, Valkenburg, Aachen, Liège are easily accessible. Possibility for creative workshops such as pottery and Limburg pie baking. From Sept. 26 with an outdoor terrace in our backyard.

This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

So you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Due to its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Atmospheric home in historic center

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Hoeve ‘ Rooth (Newly renovated Luxury Loft)

The monumental Hoeve 't Rooth is located 10 minutes from Maastricht and Valkenburg, on top of the Bemelerberg, in the Limburg hill country. You enter the 100m2 studio via its own driveway and entrance. A combination of modern convenience and original elements from the building from 1729 provide a historic and romantic place.
