Sea villa with direct access to the beach. Halfway between Diamante and Belvedere. Located within a private park called "Lo Zodiaco". Arranged on 2 levels: on the ground floor, a bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchen, and a living room with a TV sofa. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a large shower and 3 bedrooms. Overall, it can accommodate 7 people. Outdoor area: large patio for outdoor dining with table and barbecue, garden with rocking chair/deckchair and ladder to go down to the beach
