Arranged on 2 levels: on the ground floor, a bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchen, and a living room with a TV sofa. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a large shower and 3 bedrooms. Overall, it can accommodate 7 people. Outdoor area: large patio for outdoor dining with table and barbecue, garden with rocking chair/deckchair and ladder to go down to the beach

Acquafredda is a small hamlet just 8 km from Maratea old town. You’ll love my place because of the peace and tranquility, our patio, the abundance of nature, the remoteness and the wonderful beaches. Of course our house is also wonderfully comfortable! perfect for couples and families

New three-room vacation home (about 120 sqm) with a separate entrance facing the sea, recently built, located in the Ser Luca Calabaia district, a stone's throw from the Belvedere Marittimo (Cs) seafront. Incredible location 10 meters from the sea that makes the view wonderful. The property offers immediate access to the large free frontal beach, very quiet and uncrowded, which also offers the services of a lido. The beach and seabed are sandy, the sea is not immediately deep.

Complete the property with a large garden/terrace completely facing the sea and towards the beautiful view. The villa is located in a private village. The area is only 4 km from the town centers of Belvedere Marittimo and Diamante where you can find shops, banks, restaurants, post office, train stations and all the necessary services.

Villa Bosa is a lovely place to vacation with family and friends. It overlooks the sea completely, which you can hear the relaxing sound of the waves and the smell of iodine. From the large terrace you can observe sunsets colors and landscapes that the horizon and the Tyrrhenian Sea Calabrese offers in all seasons of the year. The decor is a colorful modern/classic '80s/90s style perfectly in tone with the colors of nature surrounding the villa.
