Our family home. The apartment is characterized by beautiful original concrete: it is bright, fresh, ventilated, well-furnished and equipped. Comfortable and quiet, with spacious and enjoyable balcony of 5 square meters, view and exclusive and charming location. Practical outdoor parking, unguarded but safe (Loc.Pol/Carab barracks), 100 meters away. The heart of the country with shops, markets, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in less than 5' and the beaches, by car, in 15'.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A few meters away you can find various supermarkets, pharmacy, various shops and even a playground. The apartment is 500 meters from the sea. The price for 2 people is for one room, for those who want the second room there will be a supplement, so I ask you after booking the apartment to tell us the room number so we can send you the difference. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator.

New three-room vacation home (about 120 sqm) with a separate entrance facing the sea, recently built, located in the Ser Luca Calabaia district, a stone's throw from the Belvedere Marittimo (Cs) seafront. Incredible location 10 meters from the sea that makes the view wonderful. The property offers immediate access to the large free frontal beach, very quiet and uncrowded, which also offers the services of a lido. The beach and seabed are sandy, the sea is not immediately deep.

A stone house with a rustic charm is framed by a garden featuring potted plants. A gravel pathway leads to the entrance, which is accented by climbing wisteria. The surrounding hillside offers a backdrop of greenery under a clear blue sky.
