Apartment(2.5) on the ground floor in a house of three apartments, nice view towards the floor, Lake Maggiore and mountains. Veranda, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower. NO fireplace. Shared garden and laundry room. The house, despite being surrounded by woods and vineyards, is only 2’by car (15’ on foot) from the bus stop and pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’by car from the center of Bellinzona. Exit the Bellinzona-sud motorway, 5’ and 25’ walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

For our guests, it is a space for retreat, relaxation, comfort, own kitchen, sunny living area with garden seating, very central location, proximity to public transport (5 min.), close to the lake, suitable for couples or families with small children (crib available). We rent a studio in an old, stylish Ticino house with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore 10 minutes from Locarno. The studio has a separate entrance, a private bathroom and small kitchen, as well as a private terrace. The covered balcony with the great view can be shared and invites you in summer as well as in winter, day and night.
