The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre. The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed. It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults. The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs. Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

The lounge area features a mix of comfortable seating arrangements, including a large L-shaped settee and an ottoman. A flat-screen TV is situated on a wooden cabinet, and a fireplace adds a cozy touch. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, enhancing the warm atmosphere.

Revamped Holywood town centre house

Superb quick and easy transport into Belfast (7min drive to airport). Close to the seaside and the countryside but centrally located you truly have the best of all worlds. Good value accommodation in a great location. A stones throw from the sea path with the option of sea swims and wonderful walks, otherwise a short stroll to town and an abundance of coffee shops, ice cream parlours and restaurants. The Hayloft provides basic accommodation and has been converted to provide one double bedroom, a sofa and eating area, a small kitchenette and small bathroom.
