Our spacious apartment (with 2 bedrooms, living room and private kitchen) is located in the picturesque Overasselt in the middle of the greenery, directly on beautiful cycling and walking routes, directly on the Maas (dike) and close to the Overasseltse vennengebied. In addition to peace, space and nature, cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem and Den Bosch are nearby. The facilities are new and well maintained (the apartment was completed in June 2020 and has only been open as an (air)B&B since then).

This newly built forest villa is located in the middle of a green oasis of silence, relaxation and tranquility in the wooded hills of Groesbeek. From this detached house, you can enjoy hiking, biking and/or mountain biking. The spacious villa has an area of 110 m2 and 3 bedrooms and is surrounded by a large garden adjacent to the forest. The plot of almost 500 m2 has two private parking spaces, so privacy and space are guaranteed. We warmly welcome you for a wonderful vacation!

Welcome to our cozy guest house in Malden, located near various forest and nature areas such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen, the Ooijpolder and the Reichswald. The center of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
