Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

This beautiful mini house has a great view of the meadows. From the deck, you can regularly see the deer walking and the ducks and swans swimming by. The sleeping area can be reached by a fold-out staircase. In the sleeping area there is a TV with Chromecast.

The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transportation, on the outskirts of the city of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work or to unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (stabij). Other: is on the ground floor, free parking.
