Lovely west coast cottage of about 85 sqm in Beddingestrand with large secluded plot about 350 meters from child-friendly beach. Bus stop about 400 meters. During the spring of 2025 the kitchen and bathroom were renovated. Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and 3 separate bedrooms, conservatory, and wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Nearby are restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, pizzerias, tennis, golf, swimming area and lovely walking trails.

From the first Sunday in June to mid-September, there is a swimming jetty close to the property; the beach is about 1 km (0.6 miles) away. Perfect for a few days of relaxation. 25 square meters, with a bathroom, 3 beds, and a small kitchenette with two hotplates, where simple meals can be prepared. For golf enthusiasts, the golf course is 1.7 kilometers (1 mile) away. Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be added for SEK 200
