Notre duplex a été parfaitement pensé pour que chacun puisse se sentir comme à la maison avec le calme, la propreté et une liste d’équipements permettant d’être autonome pour les plus longs séjours, même l’objet permettant de passer de très bons moments conviviaux est présent… Que suis-je ? Nous serons ravis de vous satisfaire dans notre petit cocon crée avec passion selon notre état d’esprit : la bonne humeur.

Beautiful apartment with garden and parking

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

In our garden...

On the garden floor, at the back of our house, the "chalet": a bed 2 pers, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years), a kitchen area, a bathroom, a toilet. At the end of the garden, the "cabin once upon a time": a bed for 2 people. You sleep in the "chalet" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and need to cross the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secure courtyard, car gate.

Studio Namasté

Studio calme et chaleureux, entièrement refait et aménagé, situé à l'arrière de ma maison, en bordure de jardin. Parking gratuit à proximité du logement. A proximité : Gare de Bauvin - Provin : 10 minutes à pieds, 2 minutes en voiture. Douvrin (Usine ACC) est à 15 minutes en voiture et Lens est à 20 minutes. Lille : 20 minutes en train, 30 minutes en voiture. Pour les balades au vert, l'étang de pêche de Bauvin et les bords de la Deûle sont à 10 minutes à pied.

In the center of Annoeullin, with many shops, 20 min from Lille and 5 min from the train station to Lille or Lens, nice little house of about 60 m2 on 2 levels. Equipped kitchen and dining room around the pellet stove on the ground floor. A few steps up, a beautiful cathedral living room with TV and WiFi, sofa and a 2-seater sofa bed. A comfortable and quiet double bedroom and bathroom. On request, a single mattress in the mezzanine. We're waiting for you 😉

Gîte Le Séchoir

In an inhabited U farmhouse, this apartment, with its independent entrance is located on the floor of a fully renovated old chicory dryer. Featuring a large living room of more than 30m2 with a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen (hobs, oven, microwave), separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and its shower room. At the entrance of the cottage, you will enjoy a small terrace and a summer bar with its barbecue. An electric car charger is available.

La Discrète – Townhouse in Voyette

Warm little house, located on a voyette, allows a quiet stay. Wood stove, foosball, PS3, Netflix, Amazon Prim, Disney+ and a private courtyard for relaxing! Free street parking nearby. Bauvin-Provin train station is a 25 min walk (5 min drive) Douvrin (ACC factory) is 10 min by car Lens is 20 min by car Lille is 20 min by train, 30 min by car For green walks, the fishing pond of Bauvin and the banks of the Deûle are a 10-minute walk away.

Ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac; it is in our charming house that you will have a relaxing stay. This house has a free parking space, a large living-dining room complete with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with large beds. And a 3rd bedroom, with a single bed. For sunny days, relax in our small, shaded courtyard. Be careful with children, the stairs to the bedrooms are steep.
