In a quiet cul-de-sac near the center of St-Lô (5 min walk), the train station (5 min walk), the bus stop, beautiful renovated apartment, classified "3-star furnished". Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

This single-level house is ideally located 150m from the Vire, the ramparts, the green beach of Saint-Lô, 350m from the train station (train+bus) and 450m from shops, leisure (restaurants, bars, cinema, electric bike rental...). It can accommodate up to 6 people. The beds are made upon your arrival. One bath sheet per person is provided. A private parking space is reserved Ô92. Cleaning is provided. Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
