On the first floor there is a bathroom and three beautiful bright rooms and a balcony. Possibility of extra bed. The villa is centrally located in Løkkens old town, a few meters from the beach, surf environment, shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, swimming pool and activity center as well as a few kilometers from Fårup Sommerland. Associated parking space as well as the possibility of laundry.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home. Villa Folkestorp is located in Älvsered on a small hill with forest and meadow land as the nearest neighbor. Here, the calmness and silence comes here in addition to some birdsong and occasional woodpecker. In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer, etc. Our swimming lake can be reached by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, rowing boat, fishing and comfortable swimming are waiting for you. With nice hiking trails. Only 15 minutes from Gekås in Ullared.

The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. Only 10 minutes walk to Smögenbryggan, shopping, swimming areas, restaurants, grocery store& located on quiet street. Glazed patio with sea view & large back with dining area. Parties/high volume are not allowed with respect to neighbors. Welcome, welcome.

It offers social spaces, a nice pool hangout with heated pool and walking distance both to salty baths and to the city. Large barbecue area and a fenced green area with trampoline. The house is fully equipped with all amenities, two bathrooms both with shower. Villa Valencia is set on a quiet dead-end street without disruptive traffic. Pets are of course welcome

Lovely house and location - perfect for families

This amazing newly renovated spacious villa, in Risskov is the perfect location for family vacation. The house is 100 M from the Risskov forrest and very close (500 M) to the sea. The city center of Aarhus is only 3 km away. The house features a big kitchen with dining area, living room , office, four bed rooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. From the kitchen there is a nice view and an opening to the private garden with terrasses, lounge and a trampoline. This is the best place to stay :-)

Houses with fantastic views & sunset you don't want to miss. Close to the centre of Källstorp mansion with open views over fields, LakeVänern & pastures with grazing animals in connection to the living. Positioned 30km from Läckö Castle & Spiken's fishing village and 50m from the water. Pleasant cycle/walking paths in the surroundings. Location is private & the houses were restored during 2019-22.
