Bo mysigt och fridfullt i gammal korsvirkeslänga från 1800-talet. Läget är lantligt med djur och natur bara utanför dörren men samtidigt nära till stad, restauranger, nöje, shopping samt strand/bad. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Contemporary designed house in Båstad

The house is located in a quiet and rural location near the center of Båstad (car 3 min/walk 20 min). The interior is bright Scandinavian with generous areas for socializing and relaxing. The sheltered courtyard in the southwest offers several places for meals, cooking, sun and rest. The garden to the east has a large grassy area for play and games and a breakfast area. The house was designed by Mima architects and was built in 2019. It was nominated for Båstad's architecture award in 2020.

Haus Kilstrand direkt am Sävensee

Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Nära havet i Lerkil med bad på klippor eller strand finns vårt fräscha gästhus på 3 rum och kök. Huset passar för 1- 4 personer och är utrustat med allt ni behöver, även för längre vistelser. Dessutom ingår lakan, handdukar och slutstädning och två cyklar. Ni får egen uteplats med grill och trädgårdsmöbler, här kan ni verkligen koppla av i lugn och fridfull miljö. Det är nära till fin natur, vandring och strövområden, cykling och fiske. Elbilsladdare finns.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr.

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Det här huset ligger i den gamla delen av Båstad ett stenkast från strand, båthamn, tennis och restauranger Huset är ny renoverad, en hel insynsskyddad innergård med havsutsikt, där det finns två matbord och stolar och solsängar, gas grill med kokplatta. Finns även ett inrett annex med våningssäng två extra sov platser.
