The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Ferielejlighed på 1. sal af vores nedlagte landejendom. Den er ca. 30m2. Her er dobbeltseng (160x200), lænestole, sofabord og TV. Spiseplads til 4 og et lille køkken med køl, frys, kogeplader, mikrobølgeovn, kaffemaskine, elkedel mm. Samt et badeværelse med bruser. Lejligheden er aflåst til resten af boligen, og har sin egen tagterrasse hvorfra der også er egen indgang. Fri wifi. Vi har 2 fjordheste, høns, geder og en sød udekat. Leje af fold til medbragt hest muligt.

Unikt svinhus utanför Borås

En kvart utanför Borås i Fritsla ligger denna tegelbyggnad som var ett svinhus för 100 år sedan. Här njuter ni av naturen och Häggån som rinner 10 m från huset. Det är ett lugnt område med två andra bostadshus några hundra meter bort. Huset består av ett enda stort allrum på 100 m2 med kök, matplats och soffdel med öppen spis. Skævinge, det gamle hønsehus i landlige omgivelser

Vi har renoveret det gamle hønsehus til et lille hyggeligt anneks. Huset har et rum og ligger for sig selv på vores lille landsted og vi har 12 høns og en hane, der græsser frit på stykket ud for huset. Gården er oprindeligt fra 1914 og ligger omgivet af marker og med udsigt til strø bjerge. På ejendommen finder du ligeledes vores cafe og gårdbutik, der sælger kaffe, kage, sandwich, brunch mm åbningstid fredag-søndag kl 10-17

The farm is idyllically located outside Strömstad (15 min/car). The farm produces black currants, aroni berries, sea buckthorn and blueberries. There are opportunities for self-picking if desired. The area around the farm is great for hiking, and Bohusleden is not far away.

Fantastisk kvarn med historia från 1500-talet. I köket finns diskmaskin induktionshäll, ugn och micro, kyl/frys. I det lilla tv-rummet finns en smarttv. På övervåningen var det en snickeriverkstad som nu är ett modernt tv-rum med wifi, förstärkare,Chromecast, högtalarsystem och projektor. Dusch finns i källaren. Altanen mot fårhagen har trädgårdsmöbler och spa bad. Vedspis i köket.Bastu finns.

Skapa nya minnen i detta unika och familjevänliga boende. Topp renoverad lada nära naturen med en berusande bokskog alldeles vid dörren. Ladan ligger på baksidan av huvudbyggnaden Hallavara gården som är 250 kvm och också hyrs ut på Airbnb separat. byggnaderna har skilda ingångar och ligger på olika delar av trädgården uteplatserna ä separata och det är ingen insyn från den ena eller den andra.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas mitt i skogen i den absoluta tystnaden. Eller ha det som utgångspunkt för utflykter i Holsljungas vackra omgivningar och till upptäcktsresor till Borås (36 km) eller Göteborg (72 km).
