Very nice studio at the foot of the ramparts, 2 steps from the city center, close to everything. The building is located in a cul-de-sac, well located: once parked in your space (private and secure parking), you can walk along the ramparts, visit the old town, the cathedral, walk through the shopping streets, go to the largest aquarium in Europe, NAUSICAA, or rest on the white sand of Boulogne. Possibility of having a parking space in front of the studio (+€5/day)

Beautiful bright apartment located in the city center with stunning views of the marina and free private parking. You will appreciate the tranquility of the top floor in addition to a little physical preparation for visiting our beautiful Côte d'Opale (4th floor without elevator) but I guarantee you that it's worth the look! 2-minute walk to all amenities and Place Dalton A 5-minute walk from Nausicàa and the old town 10-minute drive to Wimereux and Le Portel

Hi , We are renting this 57 m² apartment on Rue du Camp de Droite in a small residence. Located in the city center, it is close to shops, pharmacies and pizzerias. Carrefour City is a 5-minute walk from the property, otherwise Auchan hypermarket is a 13-minute drive away (shopping area). 10 minutes' walk to Nausicaa and the beach! Located in Boulogne-sur-Mer, restaurant, aquatic center, cinema nearby! 20 minutes from Cap Blanc-Nez and Cap Gris-Nez by car.

Exceptional 60 m2 Haussmann apartment, completely renovated by an architect in 2023, it is an ideal family accommodation for 2-4 people, with 2 atypical bedrooms. Located in the Princess residence (former Princess Hotel) built in 1906, it remains the last testimony of the great luxury hotels of the Belle Époque in Boulogne-sur-Mer. Free covered parking is included. Rare in this area where all parking is paid and not very available.

Its ideal location will allow you to fully enjoy Boulogne-sur-Mer, its market, shops, bars, restaurants… on foot. It is a 10-minute walk or less to Nausicáa, the port, the Mégarama cinema, and the "Embarcadère" theater. The city has an efficient public transport network, with several stops at the foot of the building.
