Large apartment in Mestre, with personality and colors. A real place where you will feel at home :) A very quiet area, 20 minutes by tram from Venice and 10 minutes on foot from the center of Mestre. Free street parking. Easy arrival from the highway, station and airport (15 min by car). You'll find many ways to enjoy yourself in my colorful apartment. Shelves are full of books, you can listen to music or play it on guitar. Nearby pubs, restaurants, shops, supermarket. Real life in a real place.

La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Casa Linda

Casa Linda is an independent accommodation obtained from a former carpentry workshop, next to our house. It offers a lot of privacy, welcomes you with its original and eco-sustainable furnishings. The warmth of the wood stove creates a comfortable environment (the only source of heating in the room). Casa Linda is located at the foot of the Berici hills, 10 minutes from the historic center of Vicenza, surrounded by greenery but close to the main road connections and served by a bike path.

You can live in an ancient cave house built by stone quarrymen and renovated respecting the historical features but with all modern comforts. The environment you will find will be unique, enveloping, so you can immerse yourself in an oasis of serenity and tranquility. You can also take advantage (included in the price) of the Wellness Area equipped with a Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower and hydromassage tub with waterfall and be pampered by our massages. Walking distance from the two squares and the Ponte Vecchio, the apartment is in a strategic location for the primary public services (train and bus station) and, thanks to its super central location, it is perfect for those who want to live where you can find the best bars, restaurants, and attractions in the area.

My accommodation is located in a hillside village of medieval origins, restored in keeping with local tradition using biocompatible means. From here, you can easily reach MAROSTICA, BASSANO DEL GRAPPA and ASIAGO. It is an intimate, relaxing place with the possibility of going out on excursions both on foot and by bike in the surrounding green hills. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business trips, families (with kids) and pets.
