Delicious summerhouse in Marielyst approx. 1 km to one of Denmark's best bathing beaches. Here you can enjoy the sun on the terrace, the teenagers can play basketball outside, and the little ones can play in the sandbox. The covered lounge is equipped with a fire table, which makes the bright nights nice warm. Remember gas yourself. There are 5 bedrooms, two of them with TV. 4 with 180 cm beds, 1 with 140 cm. bed. Remember basket ball for the court, linens and towels, firewood for the fire pit, and gas for the fire table.

Die Villa Luna bietet insgesamt 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten auf 100 m² Wohnfläche. Das Bad im OG verfügt über eine Dusche und eine große Eckbadewanne, Toilette und Bidet. Ein Gäste-WC ist im EG. Die Küche ist überkomplett ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Umluft-Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc. Im Keller befinden sich ein Vorratsraum und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine (kostenlos). Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Breakfast on the terrace can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle. For barbecue evenings there is a weaver grill. The living room offers a fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth system. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds, offer plenty of space to store. The bathroom has a bathtub and floor-level shower.

Wonderful cottage with fireplace and beautiful nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with completely new renovated toilet/bath and kitchen and new furniture in the living room from 2025. Outside The holiday home is located on a 1422 sqm plot with lots of lawn for ball games and play with the children, or for pure relaxation in the summer sun. Location The holiday home is located in a good area on a closed main road, only 800 meters to Lupintorvet's grocery store and only small 700 meters to Marielyst beach.

The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can immediately feel at home thanks to the high comfort. There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with indoor whirlpool, 40 m² roof terrace with views over Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra relaxation area with relaxation loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Thatched cottage country doctor - secluded location 3,000 m² property

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

The house is in the best residential location of Stralsund. Via the promenade you can reach the harbour and the old town, which belongs to the world heritage site of Unesco, within walking distance in a few minutes.
