Peter and I recently bought and renovated this 1790 farmhouse which sits on a sloping hill overlooking Minisink Battleground Park. You can walk off the deck, cross the lawn and explore 50 acres of beautiful trails. On a private road, the house has plenty of peace and quiet. There are two charming bedrooms, two full baths, a cozy living room, sun room (third bedroom), fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. We've loved making these rooms a bit more modern while keeping the farmhouse vibe.

A path of stone steps leads through a grassy area, connecting a modern cabin and a detached sauna. Sunlight filters through the trees, casting long shadows on the ground, and hints of autumn foliage are visible in the surrounding nature.

"Exactly like the pictures this home was the perfect spot for our large group of friends to land. Fully stocked Kitchen and we cooked a lot. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding soft. Plenty of bathrooms and living space ( 2 living rooms!) The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake and so peaceful surrounded by the forest."
