The cottage is located 150 meters from Lake Lubiąż, is 100 meters long and consists of a ground floor, where there is a hall, a living room with a dining room, and a bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom. We have attractions for both children (playground) and adults - SUP boards and a jacuzzi open all year round!

Welcome to Lake Chill. 4 comfortable houses right next to Lake Mierzyńskie. The cottages were built on an ancient Bronze Age settlement. This extremely charming place has been attracting people for thousands of years who willingly settled here taking advantage of the nearby lake, forests and river. This fact is confirmed by the discovery of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistory during the construction of the resort. With us you will rest and experience beautiful moments.

BananaHouse

**BananaHouse** is a cozy complex of two holiday cottages – **BananaHouse** and **BananaHouse Junior** – located in a peaceful area, just 60 meters from the lake, with private access via a dedicated path. Guests can enjoy shared amenities, including a swimming pool, a children's playground, and a fire pit. Outside there is a large garden, a playground with a sensory garden and a place for a bonfire with a beautiful view of the sunset. Bicycle routes are available in the area.

Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It stands on a large farm on which we also live. This unique place has a style all its own. The house is an open gallery house. There are no closed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the sun's rays from spring to fall and is often used.
