The 8 rooms (6 suites) accommodate up to 21 people and are joined by an extensive balcony with hammocks and a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. Integrated with nature, the house is illuminated by the transparency of its glass walls and is well ventilated. Recently renovated, it offers Wi-Fi, a pool table, an equipped bar, TV, karaoke, a barbecue area, an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped and the garage holds 6 cars. There is 24-hour security with sensors (no cameras). The beach is accessible on foot or by car.

Essa casa é deliciosa, todo espaço super bem cuidado, bonito e limpo! Alugamos com muito cuidado e carinho que os hóspedes poderão perceber assim que entrarem! São 3 suítes, mais 2 quartos e um banheiro, as camas são bicamas com bons colchões confortáveis e tem mais dois lavabos. Todos os quartos possuem ar-condicionado. A praia está super perto, cerca de 200metros - não precisa de carro :) Perfeita para momentos de descontração e relaxamento. Capacidade max. - 13 pessoas Réveillon - min. 7dias

Beautiful home with heated pool, close to the sea

*House and neighborhood not affected by rain* Super well decorated single storey house with swimming pool, 2 decks, sun loungers, barbecue. There are 4 rooms (2 suites) with a/c, towels and sheets laundry cleaned. Strong wifi signal. Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!
