Essa casa é deliciosa, todo espaço super bem cuidado, bonito e limpo! Alugamos com muito cuidado e carinho que os hóspedes poderão perceber assim que entrarem! São 3 suítes, mais 2 quartos e um banheiro, as camas são bicamas com bons colchões confortáveis e tem mais dois lavabos. Todos os quartos possuem ar-condicionado. A praia está super perto, cerca de 200metros - não precisa de carro :) Perfeita para momentos de descontração e relaxamento. Capacidade max. - 13 pessoas Réveillon - min. 7dias

*House and neighborhood not affected by rain* Super well decorated single storey house with swimming pool, 2 decks, sun loungers, barbecue. There are 4 rooms (2 suites) with a/c, towels and sheets laundry cleaned. Strong wifi signal. Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!

Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
