Relax by the gas fireplace, watch Dish TV, BBQ on the grill or enjoy the shared backyard and the more private entry yard. The laundry is shared with the attached main house. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that could sleep one adult or 2 kids. The outside area is completely fenced, perfect for pets and children.
