The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. "Casa Made in Story" is a large modern house with an independent entrance and 300 square meters of private garden. It has a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, and 3 double bedrooms, which have been furnished with two double beds and two single beds. According to the needs of the guests, you can have 3 double beds. To these, it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessori bed (for children from 1 to 3 years old).

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

A well-kept garden features neatly trimmed grass and a variety of trees, including tall pines, providing shade and a natural atmosphere. A subtle hammock is visible between two trees, inviting relaxation in the serene outdoor space.

It is located 20 minutes from Florence, 40 from Siena and 50 from Pisa, in a few minutes you can reach Certaldo (birthplace of Boccaccio) and Vinci (birthplace of Leonardo Da Vinci). The house is halfway between Montespertoli and San Casciano (7km).
