It's small, yet fully equipped and uniquely designed, located in residential area halfway between Pula and Kamenjak park. There is 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! It's a suitable choice for hike&bike all year round apart from seasonal swimming. It is 10' walk to the nearest seashore and well positioned to explore the broader Pula area. It has a cute patio with a view on the front yard with the greenery and flowers. Self check-in/out possibility via the key box.

The space in the studio is very well organized, so it looks great. Touches of taste in furnishing. Simple, functional, but with a "flavor". I could not use the small veranda overlooking the garden, but it is a plus. Privacy is assured and at the same time the hosts are a stone's throw away through the beautiful flowery garden, lush and fragrant. Excellent bed and assured silence, for a perfect rest. The hosts know their country well and have good advice for every question. For a trip to the Kamenjak park they lent me my bike and I really appreciated it. Precision and correctness to close a decidedly positive picture. I really hope to come back soon!”

What guests are saying:“This was the most beautiful apartment you can even imagine. Everything starting from the fast communication to little details like juice and candles in the apartment. All you need to have was there - towels, different supplies, all kitchen stuff, air conditioning, an iron, an ironing board, washing machine and so on. You can be sure that you will be full set coming to this apartment and feeling there like home. It is very light and quite big, in a peaceful place but right in the center of the city, the amphitheater was seen right around the corner and the main bus station and the port was in 5 minutes of walking. We were living there for a week and there wasn't even one time we felt needed in something that wasn't in the apartment. Dalen was always kind to answer all of our questions and nicely met us at the place. It's only been one day and we are already missing that apartment. This place will surely stay in our hearts. Newly renovated apartment located in Banjole, 5 km from the centre of Pula. The apartment is just 100 meters from the Del Mar / Pod Lion beach. On the way from the apartment to the beach is our olive grove with 100 olive trees. Nearby are the restaurants Teza, Batelina, Terra Istriana, Pizzeria Nina, Hotel Del Mar, bakery and market with home-made fruit and vegetables. The Cintinera beach is 700 meters away.
