Nice refurbished and air-conditioned apartment, on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a wooded residence with pool. Ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, between the train station (12-min walk) and the port (15/20-min walk). Secure residence. A parking space is available free of charge. You can come and stay as a couple, with family, friends or on business trips. Access to the freeway is just a 2-minute drive away.

Accommodation ideally located in a luxury residence under video surveillance and labeled “20th century heritage”. Large swimming pool with sea view, caretaker, free parking on site. Apartment completely renovated and equipped as new in February 2023.
