You will stay in a simple but charming miller's house of a historic watermill, surrounded by a spacious property in the small village of Viez in Mecklenburg. Right outside the door are hiking trails through forest, fields and to the Viezer Heide, which blooms pink in summer. Schwerin and Ludwigslust offer sights such as castles and museums. Several bathing lakes, one with a water ski facility, offer sporting variety in summer. In winter, a wood-fired barrel sauna directly on the stream beckons.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The small town of Hagenow lies between the "Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve" and the "Elbe River Landscape Biosphere Reserve", and the cities of Ludwigslust and Schwerin can also be reached quickly by train. Detached vacation home with lake view in Scandinavian style for 4+ 1 persons. Up to three dogs are welcome. Very bright and modern wooden house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna, an alcove and sofa bed in the living room, open kitchen, fireplace, covered terrace with lake view, fenced garden with barbecue, rowing boat and 4 bicycles. The bathing and fishing lake with sandy beach and sunbathing lawn is only about 80 steps away, bathing bays for dogs only a few minutes' walk.

Our vacation home is located directly on Lake Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It was completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor downstairs, upstairs wooden floor, underfloor heating Functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with a dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The property is over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with a jetty. The lake invites you to swim.

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Landhaus bei Schaalsee

Haus is located in a very quiet location in the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. It is 10 km to Lake Schaalsee, 5 km to Lake Neuenkirchen, to the Baltic Sea 50 km (traffic jam-free!!!). The house can be started directly to bike rides, on adjacent hiking trails. On the very natural property there is also a swimming pond. The house is very bright and quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is a large easel available. Pets have generous time.
