Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Now it exudes character, warmth & rural charm with it's thick walls, cottage windows & wood burning stove. Situated in a quiet corner of a working farm yard, the accommodation boasts a Super King bed, luxurious shower room & Wifi, among vintage furnishings. Nestled among the drumlins of Strangford Lough, 1 mile from the charming village of Greyabbey.

A beautiful coastal cottage in the heart of the village and yet a mere 100 meters from the beach. Charming, cosy and welcoming. Relax by the wood burning stove in the living room or enjoy the invigorating sea air whilst on the private patio with a sea view. And then to round off your evening (or start your morning) kick back in the private hot-tub. *Due to the staircase those with mobility issues should note its presence. The property is not recommended for children under 10 yrs of age.

"Ella's Cottage"

Ellas's cottage was built in 2001 for my late mother and was later home to my in-laws. Located in the picturesque fishing village of Portavogie, the cottage is a five-minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches and views to Scotland and the Isle of Man. Award winning Fish restaurant the Quays is located in the village with a fuel station and convenience stores located nearby. A short drive will take you to the Links Golf Course at Kirkiston Castle. further leading you to St Patrick's trail.

The Little Birdhouse

Graded 5 Star by Tourism NI, our tiny cottage dates from the 1700s. Its name is both a nod to Bird Island on Strangford Lough and a reflection of our aim to create a cosy nest in which guests feel snug, comfy and relaxed. The cottage has recently been renovated but retains its historic charm. The furnishings are a mix of antique, vintage and second-hand finds that come together to create a cosy, relaxed, eclectic vibe that's stylish and reflects our commitment to recycle and re-use.

Portavogie (from Irish Bhogaigh ‘harbour of the bog’) is the easternmost settlement in Ireland. The village houses a working harbour with a large fishing fleet with fresh fish sold every morning and local seals, awaiting their catch. Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.

Relax in this recently renovated guesthouse nestled into a hill with beautiful views of the countryside. Plenty of space for 3 guests with two bedrooms (double and single beds) and an open living/dining/kitchen area. Cot and high chair available for infants- advise us if required.
