The apartment is on the first floor, a private entrance leads up a wide staircase to a bright south-facing living space containing a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is 5 mins walk to the beach/promenade, and a ten min walk to town centre. The surrounding area has great opportunities for hill walking / outdoor pursuits. Provided also are tea, coffee, sugar, milk. The flat is deep cleaned and sanitized in between each stay.

Ferry terminals to Dunoon and Rothesay 5 minute drive and Isle of Arran ferry 30 minute drive.

This apartment in tastefully decorated, situated in a residential area, walking distance to Kirn Victorian promenade and all local amenities.close by local activities include golfing, pony trekking,fishing ,hill climbing,and many more to explore. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.

It's modern, clean & well appointed & with the owners personally managing the property any queries or issues you may have can be easily answered or resolved. The apartment has just undergone a complete refurbishment including renewal of all furnishings so is in pristine condition throughout.
