The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

An airy, open-plan living space is adorned with natural light streaming through the large glass doors, which offer views of the beach. A wooden dining table accompanied by four chairs complements a contemporary orange sofa, while a wood-burning stove adds a cozy touch.

There is numerous attractions including the Hook lighthouse, Dunbrody Famine ship and Tintern Abbey and watersports including Kayaking, Coasteering. Caving and archery. those looking for the nature trails we have Tintern abbey, Forth mountain and Kennedy park it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.
