It is modern, stylishly finished, with plenty of space on two floors. The peculiarity of the villa is the large triangular window that extends across the entire front of the property, allowing for an unobstructed view of nature and creating a sense of openness. There is also an outdoor sauna and Jacuzzi to ensure complete relaxation after a busy day.

A fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy from the large covered patio. The dishwasher will take care of the dirty dishes for you. The apartment also has a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Enjoy at spacious outdoor place in rustic green environment, within walking distance of a large thermal complex and a golf course. This open-space appartment is entirely on the same level (including the shower in the bathroom); the passages between the individual parts are easy to pass also for disabled people. It shares a large yard and the garden with another apartment. Available are a grill and bicycles for wandering along the picturesque cycling trails in the area. Pets are wellcome.

The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.
