Authentic cozy house with private sauna Groningen

Authentic detached house full of atmosphere and equipped with every comfort. Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. Cozy and full house in the centre of Winsum. The house is a nice base for the first 2 stages of the Pieterpad (Groningen main station only 15 min. from Winsum station). Many amenities on walking distance, such as AH, cafes and eateries. The train station and the grocery are also within walking distance. The house can accommodate 1 to 5 persons. There are 2 terraces. The 2nd bedroom is only accessible for a reservation of 3 or more.

Comfortable garden house, quietly located in our green wild garden. Lots of privacy. A nice place to enjoy the peace, the space and the nature. The Waddenland has a lot to offer, and you are in fifteen minutes by boat to Schiermonnikoog. The city of Groningen itself can also be reached within half an hour.
