You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Das romantische Apartment Christa, 50 m², liegt im Erdgeschoß und ist ohne Stufen erreichbar. Vom Eingang gelangt man zunächst in einen Vorraum. Nach rechts gelangt man über zwei Stufen ins Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Nach links geht es ebenerdig in die Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Schlafsofa für zwei. In weiterer Folge gelangt man ins eigene Badezimmer. Wie alle Apartments verfügt es über ein eigenes, freies WLAN-Netz, voll eingerichtete Küche, Smart-TV, Klimaanlage und ein modernes Bad.

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

Get some fresh air? Then live in our apartment with its own private terrace. A free parking space in the house is also available for you. We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Tram line 2 right outside the door takes you to all major sights in the city center in just 15 minutes without changing lines. Bus 10A also gets you to Schönbrunn Palace in about 15 minutes without changing lines.
