Welcome to my charming village house located in the middle of the 13th century village of Apricale, 2 minutes from the village Piazza. The house is built on a hill. Three floors with kitchen at the bottom, living room on the middle floor with sofa bed and exit to balcony, at the top beautiful bedroom with wonderful view from French balconies. Lucinasco is an idyllically located mountain village in Liguria. Even the journey through lush olive groves is a great pleasure. The production of olive oil shapes the entire village life. A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.

Long ago this was a stable where rabbits and goats were kept - now it's a spendid apartment with vaulted ceilings, vintage furniture, stunning views, a cute balcony, a large fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom. It is a tranquil place where all you hear is the river down below, yet it's only a few steps to the village centre and the local bar. The apartment has been renovated and equipped to the highest standards - it's the perfect home away from home.

Casa Progallo is a quaint little house that was refurbished 2008 and is nestled inbetween the olive trees on a sprawling property. The house is situated 5 km away from the mideaval village of Montalto, 20 min from the coast at Arma di Taggia and an hours drive from the Airport in Nice/France. The property has direct access to the river Argentina which allows for lovely swims and relaxation. Children have plenty to explore.

A modern kitchen area features a sleek countertop with a stovetop and an unobstructed view through large glass windows. A terrace is visible outside, equipped with a small table and chairs, offering scenic views of the coastline and a historic bell tower.
