Nur 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus von der Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Universität entfernt und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im grünen Umland. Das Haus ist kernsaniert und mit allem Pipapo neu und komfortabel ausgestattet. Ideale Belegung sind 1-2 Personen/Paare, für ein paar Nächte kommt man auch zu dritt unter. Haustiere willkommen!

Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung.

Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus steht im Süden von Bremerhaven (120 qm plus Wintergarten) - jetzt auch mit WLAN. Fußläufig sind Netto und Bäckereien zu erreichen. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es 2 Min, zum Wulsdorfer Bahnhof 5 Min zu Fuß. In der Bremerhavener Innenstadt oder dem Deich ist man innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Auto. Die Landeshauptstadt Bremen ist mit dem Zug in 45 Min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto sogar noch schneller. Die Nordseestrände sind in max 30 Min zu erreichen.
