Lovely apartment in Connewitz

You will like the old villa with garden. It is quietly located in the Connewitz district, the local recreation area of the Leipzig residents 100 years ago. The renovated caretaker apartment is located in the basement. You can quickly reach the city center or the alluvial forest with wildlife park, Lake Markleeberg and Lake Cospuden. The tram stop lines 9 and 11 as well as the S-Bahn Connewitz with direct connection to the city center, the train station and the airport can be found within a five-minute walk of the property.

A stone and metal gate welcomes guests, framed by flower pots filled with vibrant blooms. A mailbox is positioned near the gate, with a pathway visible leading to the entrance of the house, which is topped with wooden siding.

Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Small vacation home in Thuringia. In the immediate vicinity is a lake and a river with boat stairs as well as a well-developed cycling network. An ideal starting point for your excursions. The vacation home with large garden offers a separate bedroom, a private bathroom and a living area with a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area. In the living area there is a sofa bed and a fireplace. The entire vacation home has underfloor heating.

A table set for two is positioned outdoors under a large umbrella, surrounded by greenery and scenic views of rolling hills. A vase with flowers and two glasses are placed on the table, inviting relaxation and enjoyment of the natural surroundings.

This property has been lovingly refurbished into a small idyll. If you love charm and not a new building, this is the place to be! Located on a former vineyard, you can look into the green expanse not far from the Saale and the outdoor pool. The 24 square meters have been tastefully furnished and you can expect an outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings, an ethanol indoor fireplace and the experience of enjoying a hot shower under the open sky.
