Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Our stylish cottage is located in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Edersee. From the spacious property, a breathtaking panoramic view over the water and the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park opens up. Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".

Chalet Habichtswald

Welcome to our new Chalet Habichtswald, located at the foot of the Hoher Dörnberg in the Habichtswald Nature Park. Our small wooden house is located in a very nice hillside location right next to a riding stable for Icelandic horses. The property offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the gliding airfield on the Dörnberg on all sides. The Friedrichstein hiking parking lot is in the immediate vicinity and offers access to various premium hiking trails.

Vacation home “alte Feuerwehr“

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Vacation home

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Magical view from the balcony. Very cozy attic apartment almost directly on the forest, but only 15 minutes by car from the Documentary City of Kassel. A day trip to the Unesco World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park including Hercules is worthwhile. Great hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig). Rewe, Aldi, pharmacy and ATM in the village. Swimming pool and cinema 10 minutes away by car.

Living on the farm

Our house is free-standing between fields, forest and meadows in beautiful scenery. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen. The 100 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large eat-in kitchen, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" can be reached quickly.

Luxurious house, Barrel-Sauna, Beautiful nature

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Charming guest house near the UNESCO World Heritage Site

The guest house is located within walking distance of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park in one of Kassel's most popular districts. The closest tram stop is 500 meters away. From there, you can go directly to the city center. The residential area is very quiet and the guest house is in the immediate vicinity of the conservation area, which offers many opportunities for walking or hiking.
