Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Close to nature in a beautiful house with garden / 10 beds

The old house is located in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated in recent years, only the facade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic and a large property (about 2,000 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a 300-person village, there is no thoroughfare, the main sounds are the occasional bleating of the neighbor's sheep.

The new country house is something very special: spacious and comfortable, furnished with high quality furniture, with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Through the mainly glazed front of the house you look over the garden into the wide landscape of the Oberbergisch. The country house is built ecologically. The small lodge with two additional sleeping facilities (only suitable for sleeping on warm nights) is located on the garden slope. In the garden there is a new sauna house.

Apartment by the forest / Westerwald

Our apartment is located right by the forest in the magnificent landscape of the WESTERWALDS. Near Obererbachs is the excellent WESTERWALD STEIG and other charming hiking, cycling and motorbike routes, ideal for day trips. Our village of Obererbach belongs to the district of Altenkirchen. In the village within walking distance, you will find the Obererbach train connection (one stop to the center). By car, you can reach the nearest shopping facilities in about 3.5 km.

Vacation in a half-timbered house

Our half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2020, is part of a larger half-timbered ensemble. It combines historic flair with a modern ambiance. The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.

There's nothing here but lots of nature! For hiking or cycling, you have a perfect starting point from our AirBnb (20 sqm with private bathroom), but it is also great to just snuggle in for a weekend. You need a car here! Our house is on the edge of the village, surrounded by old trees with a large garden. It is only 45 minutes away from Cologne. It offers enchanting, stylishly furnished rooms, wonderful niches and retreats. You can linger and relax in the garden and in the forest. We are surrounded by wonderful nature and enchanting villages. Our house is also ideal for day workshops and offsite meetings. Projector, screen and flipchart are available.
