Small house near highway exit, adjoining my property 2 km from Chatel-guyon in a small village of Auvergne, upstairs 2 bedrooms with dressing room. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, sofa bed, bathroom, terrace. Sauna 10 euros for 30 min up to 4 people. Swimming pool 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for guests staying more than 1 night, schedules to be defined on arrival. The house is located in the spa town of Châtelguyon, a place called Les Grosliers. Old stone winegrower's house, the accommodation is accessed via a staircase. In the living room with fireplace and stone wall you will find a kitchen equipped with sink and refrigerator. As well as a dining table and a sofa bed with coffee table. The accommodation is equipped with a TV. Upstairs is a charming romantic bedroom. The garden has a shared pool heated in season

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

If you like calm, tranquility and nature, our cottage is for you. We do our best to make your stay pleasant with the pool which is private to the cottage and accessible in summer from 10am to 7pm. We are close to Brioude with its magnificent basilica and painting exhibitions, 2 km from the highway with access in 45 minutes to the Cantal mountains or to the Auvergne volcano range, the Puy de Dôme. As well as 1 hour from Puy-en-Velay.
