Renovated in full respect of the original features (wooden roof with exposed beams) and furnished harmonizing modern lines and techno comforts (fully air-conditioned winter and summer; class A+ built-in appliances) with antique details (the small desk, the round table, the console of the sleeping area). Tram – line 8 – (direct to the center, Phanteon/Piazza Navona/Piazza Venezia) stop in Viale di Trastevere (a few meters from the house) Bus - line "H", - (direct to Termini Station) stop in Piazza Giocchino Belli (100 meters from the house); From Fiumicino Airport, every 20 minutes you can take the "Leonardo Express" train to Fara Sabina (Alto Lazio) which stops at many stations in Rome including, after about 30 minutes, at Trastevere Station less than a km from the house. There you take tram no. 8 which takes you directly a few meters from Via della VII Coorte. From Termini Station, Rome Central Station, junction and intersection of all Rome metro lines, you will find the shuttle bus stop to and from Ciampino airport (Terravision). Wonderful Penthouse Rome center

Beautiful and quite penthouse in the heart of the famous Trastevere neighborhood and in a non-noisy street, easy walk into the Central Historic district, Imperial Forum, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and Vatican area; equipped with every comfort with a wonderful private terrace overlooking the rooftops. Very close to the best viewpoint of Rome (Gianicolo). Electronic safe, Satellite TV, the shower is a bit small, queen size bed, ultra fast internet. We always clean and disinfect all the apartment.
