The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Aurich Harbor Apartment - calm and central

The apartments are located close to the city center at Aurich harbor and offer you comfortable accommodation for up to three people. The city center of Aurich and the bus station are within walking distance within a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several restaurants, the Aurich swimming pool "debaalje" with outdoor pool, sauna landscape & children's play pool and numerous (cycling) hiking trails on the Ems Jade Canal . The pier of the MS Aurich is located in close proximity.

In an old country house a little off the beaten track, you will find a small kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, a cozy living room with dining area and a bedroom with a double bed on 60 square meters. Not suitable for children. In front of the apartment is a fenced area where your dog can run freely. There is a beach chair and garden furniture available to linger. A beautiful forest directly opposite invites you to stroll. It is about 6 km to Aurich, and you can reach the North Sea in about 30 minutes.

My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. A parking space and a small breakfast terrace are right by the house. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Attractions such as our brewery and our castle, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km. The location is perfect to explore Friesland /East Frisia/islands.
