In the heart of Saint Valéry, facing nature, "the attic" is on the 3rd floor of a Valéricaine house. From its height, it offers a very nice view of the boats, the bay, the changing skies... Bright, modern, its layout under the roofs is atypical and gives it all its charm (I do not recommend it for people over 1.85 m). Possibility to park 2 bikes in the yard. Linen is included. Charming house 120 m2 5 min to beach + garden terrace

Nice house with lots of comfort and tastefully decorated. You can easily walk to restaurants on the harbor. You will also find shops, the casino, the media cinema and swimming pool. The beach is a 5-minute walk. Mers-les-Bains is a 15-minute walk via the walkways. Also the Baie de Somme is 15 kilometers away. A little further away Rouen, Amiens, Le Touquet etc...
