A cosy southern facing space overlooking the River Erne and the island town of Enniskillen. Set in a quiet residential area and Just 5 to 10 minutes walk to the pubs, restaurants, shops, cinema and leisure centre and Enniskillen museum. The Ardhowen Theatre and the National Trust property Castle Coole are just a 5 minute drive with The Marble Arch Caves and our famous Stairway to Heaven at Cuilcagh are also within a 15-20 minute drive. Canoe hire and Boat Hire is only a 10 minute walk away.

Recently renovated and restored to a very high standard, the house is situated next to the former estate residence and compliments the extensive lawns and grounds. Located 1 mile from Dromore village and very central to both Enniskillen and Omagh. The location has ample parking and can accomodate horse lorries and campers. Finally, there is a Hot Tub at the House for guests to enjoy.

Killyliss lodge relax by the fire outside

My place is close to restaurants and dining, parks, and country walks including the famous stairway to heaven on cuilcagh mountain and Marble Arch Caves . We are 10 miles from Enniskillen for pubs, shops and restaurants. There is a footpath to the local play park and football pitch which is shown on the photos. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness and comfort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
