beautiful contemporary villa with pool

Charming house, offering calm, serenity and wide open spaces. Ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends where everyone can enjoy indoor and outdoor comforts. 200 meters from the center , 300 meters from the port , 450 meters from the beach, and a short walk to the bike path. The pool is heated from mid-May to September 30 and is secure, with a 1 meter beach for the little ones with a beautiful outdoor terrace. The villa is completely air-conditioned ( thermostats in each room)

In the city of 7 ports, you will find yourself well in this 2014 house and fully equipped as at home. Everything is there! Just choose your activities: Dune du Pilat, beach, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, boat on the Arcachon Bay, golf, horseback riding, archery, cycling, karting, paintball, amusement parks for the little ones, Aqualand, bowling... Sanguinet or Cazaux lake, bike ride, bird park, walking, paragliding, parachute, glider, tours... Bordeaux... and I'm bound to forget some...

This former wooden fisherman's hut, typical of oyster buildings, is halfway between the north and south of the Bassin d 'Arcachon, near the small port at the colorful cabins of Biganos, one of the prettiest ports in the Basin. The accommodation has a large volume of 45 m2 on the ground, with a sitting area, kitchen area and sleeping area located on the mezzanine. A wide bay window opens to a shared wooded garden. The house is very simple but warm and welcoming.
