La maison est entourée d'un terrain entièrement clos de 400 m², avec une terrasse aménagée ( barbecue, salon de jardin), dans un village à proximité d'une exploitation agricole. Le meublé est entièrement équipé pour que vous ne manquiez de rien. Les draps ne sont pas prévus. Ils peuvent être fournis en plus pour 10€ par literie. Forfait ménage à la demande pour 50 euros Calme et détente assurée.

Naast onze boerderij ligt de kleine gîte aan een doodlopend weggetje. De oude schuur werd door ons omgetoverd tot een zelfstandige studio met alle voorzieningen (incl. zonnepanelen) voor een onbezorgde vakantie; open ruimte met keuken, zithoek, Queensize bed en badkamer. Voor de gîte ligt het overdekte privé-terrasje met hekwerk, zodat honden veilig los kunnen. In een apart stukje tuin ligt het zwembad, waar onze gasten gebruik van kunnen maken. Geschikt voor 2 personen. Huisdieren zijn welkom.

Beautiful 19th Century house in a secluded setting overlooking the Vienne river. A perfect space to unwind, relax and recharge, with beautiful woodland views all around. The whole house is included; three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, half-covered patio and large garden with an island and 100m of river frontage There is a house manual with all the info you need for a wonderful break! Arrivals any time after 4pm and departure please by 11am to allow for cleaning.

Je vous accueille au rdc de ma maison située au coeur du quartier historique d'Aubusson. C'est un logement chaleureux de 30m2 avec cuisine et salon. La cuisine équipée donne sur une petite cour privative. Le salon peut accueillir 3 personnes, avec un lit double en 140 et un lit simple, le wifi et la télévision. La salle de bain du rdc est privative au logement mais se situe en dehors de la pièce à vivre, seuls les w-c à l'entée de la maison sont en commun.
