Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.

The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Upper floor barrier-free with large wing, bedroom, reading corner, work area, bathroom and the large kitchen-living room with 2 kitchen areas.
