Encantador apartamento para 2

Charming apartment for 2 in central Madrid. It is very bright, with 5 balconies overlooking Argumosa street. It is located in the quietest part of the street, 250m from the Lavapiés metro, 250m from the Reina Sofía Museum and a 10 min walk from Atocha train station, where, among others, the Airport Express Shuttle arrives. It's a 2º floor without elevator. The mattress is new and very comfy, and there are blackout curtains in the bedroom. There's no Air Conditioning, but there is a portable fan.

We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always taken care of it with care, it is an oasis in the heart of the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, the sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the retreat, authentic lung of the city, the Atocha station (AVE, Cercanías Metro)and the best museums :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... The apartment has: large dining room with sofa bed, semi-integrated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

Estudio tranquilo y acogedor situado a menos de 10 minutos a pie del Museo Reina Sofía y a 15 minutos del Museo del Prado. Junto a la estación de Atocha, dispone de conexión directa con el aeropuerto (Airport Express) y línea de metro directa a SOL (3 paradas) El estudio está en un edificio de 1900. Small, quiet and cosy studio, next to the main house. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops. Close to the Basilica of Atocha, the Prado Museum, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station and the Airport Express Bus. Unique space located under the entrance portal. Only for one person. Low door with two small windows facing a portal. Does not receive much natural light from the patio. Delighted to receive people from all over the world.

Best location, right in the center of Madrid! In the famous "Barrio de las Letras" - the literary neighborhood. Beautiful, clean apartment with lots of light in a historic building with elevator. Centrally-located with short walking distance (<10 mins) to all the major museums, Plaza Mayor, Royal Place, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Parque del Retiro, Atocha train station, etc. You will love the apartment and our location!
