Our place is close to everything! NOTE- Our home will sleep two adults and two children comfortably, but NOT 4 adults. A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in.

This home is centrally located in the center of cedar rapids with a short 2-3 minutes from interstate 380. it's a quiet peaceful neighborhood with a short walk to dairy queen at the end of block The home does have 1 and half bath. I do have two tv trays for your convenience to eat a meal and watch tv these are located in closet by front door. there is a garbage disposal switch under sink in cabinet

The house sits on a well lit large corner lot with newly paved streets. Our discounted non-refundable rate appears in the search, but at checkout, guests choose the standard rate with a cancellation policy. We wanted guests to have an option to fit their needs.
