Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Unwind in this unique, seaside and quiet home. You live in your own loft with a large balcony with great sea view. Beach is 200m away and cliff bath about 500m. Private toilet is located in dwellings. There is no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse off in the sea or with a bucket in the sauna house. Welcome to Lillhuset, our farmhouse with quiet location centrally located in Söråker. Here you live comfortably with room for 3-4 people. The sleeping areas are divided into a bedroom with a smaller double bed and single bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed. Wifi and TV with Chromecast. Pets are welcome, 2 cats live on the property. Electric car charger available. Please note that we only rent to private individuals, not to companies or via agents.
