We are in the middle of the village of Highclere on a country lane with many beautiful walks on the doorstep. The accommodation is within walking distance of our local pub 'The Red House' which serves delicious food and takeaways. A 10 minute drive from Newbury and all its amenities. As well as Highclere Castle, we are ideally located for Newbury Races & Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery.

The Studio is part of the historic ‘Listed’ Grade II* Kennet House, built in 1701 by the Bishop of Oxford, nestled near the village pond, the church & the village pub. Prince's Forge is a newly converted cottage with its own private parking and courtyard garden, located on the edge of the downland village of Peasemore. It is situated on a quiet country lane, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), and has views across the neighbouring fields. It is within easy reach of the A34 and M4, and the local market towns of Newbury, Wantage and Hungerford. The nearest pub for good food and a drink is a short walk away and the local farm shop is close by.

Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.

Set on a former dairy farm, on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, The Old Dairy is a recently converted ground floor studio flat finished to a superb standard. With views towards Watership Down, located off a quiet country lane leading directly into the Greenham Common nature reserve; it offers a very restful, rural retreat. A lovely self-contained annex furnished to a high standard in a quiet rural location on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, close to Newbury and Oxford and walking distance to Highclere Castle, where Downton Abbey was filmed. Secluded garden area with seating and BBQ for outdoor dining. The annex is completely separate from our house with its own entrance and there's an allocated parking space. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and there are some lovely walks on our doorstep.

There are a variety of places to eat close by ranging from cosy pubs to fine dining restaurants. Vine Annex sleeps 4 one king sized double, one single and one small single in twin room.
